How Much You Should Sleep in 24hrs:
• The recommended amount of sleep varies depending on a person's age and individual needs.
• Teenagers (13-18 years old) mostly need 8-10hrs of sleep per day.
• And people who are above the age of 18 years, they mostly need 7-9hrs of sleep per day.
